We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or certain states/localities with tobacco restrictions (e.g., Utah, South Dakota, etc.).

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns on cigars or tobacco products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
